About
I'm a senior technology leader who never stopped writing code. My background is in platform strategy and the messy, durable work of making organizations actually capable of running the systems they buy or build. NYU now, Adelphi before that.
What I care about: operational clarity, maintainable architecture, scalable platforms, thoughtful governance, and treating people who run systems as first-class users of those systems. Good UX is operational efficiency.
What I'm frustrated by: unnecessary complexity, bloated processes, unclear ownership, and innovation theater that produces slide decks instead of working software.
Outside of work I collect records, take photographs, and try to finish more long-form essays than I start.
